Property Overview
This family-friendly 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is well equipped for all your vacation needs. The house offers a host of toys and games for all the family with a stunning games room complete with pool table, table tennis and air hockey; an upstairs play area with imagination toys for smaller children, jigsaws and family board games, and a tranquil, private pool with no rear neighbours, looking out over open grassland. The lounge boasts a TV, DVD and selection of DVDs, and books. The well- served kitchen and dining room will allow you to enjoy relaxed evenings in – ideal after a long day in the theme parks. The home is open plan and spacious, yet it maintains the cosy feeling of your own home. All linen, pool towels and bath towels are provided, and a high chair, cot and push chair are provided for your convenience. The home has two downstairs en-suite Queen bedrooms. Upstairs, there are three twin bedrooms. Our wish is for you and your loved ones to have a lovely vacation.
We have a property management company available locally who are there to help. In case of emergancy they can be contacted 24 hours a day.
First Floor
• Family Room: 3 seater sofa, love-seat and arm chair with five further stools around the breakfast bars. Freeview TV with video and DVD players and collection of family DVDs, books and family games. Patio doors leading to pool area.
• Dining Area: Formal dining for six (with 4 additional seats available). Four people can eat at the breakfast bars. A high chair is also available for younger guests.
• Kitchen: Breakfast bar with four stools; a well served kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee machine, blender and dish washer.
• Bedroom 1: En-suite to bathroom 1, Queen size bed, freeview TV + DVD player. Large walk in closet housing travel cot.
• Bedroom 2: En-suite to bathroom 2, Queen size bed, freeview TV + DVD player.
• Bathroom 1: En-suite to bedroom 1, bath, shower, double vanity unit, WC.
• Bathroom 2: En-suite to bedroom 2, shower, single vanity unit, WC.
• Utility Room: Large washer and drier, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
• Games Rooms: Pool table, table tennis and air hockey, selection of pool toys and other children's toys, tennis rackets for use with the free onsite tennis courts.

• Play area: Located outside bedrooms 4 and 5, this offers a seating area with imagination toys for younger guests.
